Daily: $36-$60
Weekly: $180-$300
Morning Session (8:00am-11:30am) option available.
Afternoon Session (12:30pm-4:00pm) option available.
Full-Day (8:00am-4:00pm) option available.
Tuition Discount Options:
Sibling Tuition Discount
Available to families with children who have multiple siblings wanting to attend our program.
Military Discount
Available to families with relatives or family members that have or are currently serving for our country.
Educator Discount
Available to families who are educators in a public or private school.
NOTE: You can only apply up to ONE Discount towards your tuition. Please contact us to learn more!
Required Enrollment Forms / Documents
All students / families MUST have the necessary paperwork submitted before starting:

• Completed Tuition Packet w/ completed permission forms (Medical Authorization, Media Release, and Other Related Forms)
• Copy of State of Maine Immunization Requirements (Maine Statute link) -- Records must document for DTAP (4-5 doses); polio (3-4 doses); MMR (2 doses); Varicella - chicken pox (2 doses); Tdap (1 dose prior to 7th grade); Meningococcal - MCV (2 doses - 1st prior to 7th grade & 2nd dose before 12th Grade) required.

• A physical copy of the birth certificate should be provided in person at 78 Main Road, Milford, ME 04461 Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or by appointment. If you have any questions regarding the required information for enrollments, please call 207-827-7270.

An updated enrollment packet is given once the enrollment process begins. They can be dropped off to our center during normal program hours of 8am-4pm Monday-Friday, by appointment, emailed to: ece@stepforwardcenter.org, or faxed to 207-827-2812.
